Service agreements

Any currency, taxes or charges, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, revision allowance, and refund arrangements will be specified in the quotation and agreed before payment. Do not make a payment until those terms and an authorized payment destination have been confirmed in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed terms and the work already completed.
