Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, submitting material or using a restricted feature, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. Account holders must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate information. Keep your password private and notify ResearcherNest if you believe your account has been compromised.

Information and analytical tools

Website articles, calculators, statistical outputs, templates and Advanced Analysis features are educational and decision-support resources. They do not replace professional statistical, legal, medical, ethical, financial or regulatory advice. Results depend on correct design, coding, assumptions and data quality. You must verify important analyses independently before research, clinical, policy or commercial use. ResearcherNest does not guarantee publication, acceptance, significance, accuracy for every design, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Quotations and service agreements

A quotation request is free and does not create a service agreement or reserve a delivery date. Before paid work begins, the parties should agree in writing on scope, deliverables, timing, fee, payment method, revisions, confidentiality, cancellation, refunds, data handling and any specialist involvement. The project-specific agreement prevails if it conflicts with general website information.

Your materials and confidential data

You must have the right and, where necessary, ethical approval or participant authorization to share submitted material. Remove unnecessary identifiers before upload. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, confidential third-party material without authority, or highly sensitive personal data unless ResearcherNest has confirmed suitable safeguards in writing. You remain responsible for data accuracy, ethical compliance, authorship, disclosures and final use.

Contributor submissions and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ResearcherNest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, format and publicly display the portions you submit for a public listing, for as long as that listing remains active. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and coauthor permissions. Published-work metadata may appear without editorial approval; Researcher Insights require review. ResearcherNest may correct formatting, request changes, decline, archive or remove inaccurate, unlawful or unsuitable material. A listing is not journal publication, indexing, peer review or a DOI.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe security, overload the service, bypass limits, impersonate another person, scrape private information, submit deceptive content, or use the service to fabricate data, references, authorship or academic work. See the academic integrity policy. Access may be suspended or removed to protect users, the service or third-party rights.

Third-party links and announcements

External links and third-party announcements are provided for convenience and attribution. ResearcherNest does not control their content, eligibility rules, deadlines, privacy practices or continued availability. Verify information with the originating organization before applying, paying or sharing data.

Availability and liability

The service may change, experience interruption or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResearcherNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website information, missed opportunities, third-party content, corrupted uploads or use of analytical outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Contact ResearcherNest first so a concern can be investigated in good faith. A project-specific agreement may specify its own dispute process and jurisdiction.
